I assembled the new fan—old style, one with blades and a cage enclosing them. The cage has a the name of the brand in it. I assembled it a little off axis, slightly tilted. It’s going all OCD in my brain, very hard to stand it.
What is it that a slightly off thing creates such discomfort? Why are we wired like that?
I don’t know what to do with it… Should I adjust it? Should I adjust the environment so that it just “feels right”?
Or should I learn to accept it?
